Bekir Sert is an Oxonian linguist, (MSc, University of Oxford), mangaka, and artist, who has showcased his works in solo and group exhibitions in New York, Capri, Paris, and Istanbul galleries. His works are in Kyoto International Manga Museum. He calls his art practice ‘visual lexicography’ as he tries to compile a visual dictionary in the form of paintings.
